We will either issue an instant ACH (Automated Check Handling) transfer within 24 hours of receiving your item, or overnight you a payment check, based on your preference. Request a Free Kit
Upon your request, we will mail you a self-addressed free kit, in which you can place all your valuables and overnight them back to us. We will either issue an instant ACH (Automated Check Handling) transfer within 24 hours of receiving your item, or overnight you a payment check, based on your preference. If it is more convenient, you may choose to visit a drop off location near you. Your items will be sent overnight to the corporate office. The ACH (Automated Check Handling) option guarantees that we will issue a payment within 24 hours after the item is processed at our Corporate headquarters. We will transfer money directly into your checking account. You have to attach a copy of a voided check with your item(s) in order to use this option.
If the settlement does not exceed $20.00, or you did not attach a copy of a voided check with your item(s), payments will be sent to you by check.
Insurance
Your item(s) are insured up to $1,000. If you believe the value of your item(s) exceeds our insurance coverage, please call 877-876-5494 prior to sending your item(s), and we will increase that coverage.
Once your jewelry has arrived at our corporate headquarters, one of our expert buyers will carefully inspect your item(s) to ensure you receive the Best Price Available Anywhere
